as an engineering student.... id say engineering. depends on which type... in terms of hardness (greatest to least) aerospace/engineering > computer/electrical > mechanical/civil/industrial/chemical/materials
Ive heard from some docs that I know that they didnt start doing all nighters till med school.. we start in first year. in terms of curiculum, engineering is more thinking, solving. I think med school is just more massive memorization.
And if you think about it, (in Canada at least), you can study any easy program and apply to med school. I have friends studying nutrution who are planning to go to med school. Needless to say engineering >> nutrition.
But im sure medicine gets really hard in med school.
AND.... engineering is very math intensive...takes 2 years to get used to

Medicine takes longer if that's what you're wondering about (about 10 years at least after high school). But engineering is pretty math-heavy, so I hope you like math if you go that route (although medical school requires some math too, though not as much as engineers).
