I would like to read the play because I know it's showing in England in a few months and I live in the US. I don't know if it's playing here.

Why would someone give away a copyrighted product that they sell and earn royalties for on the internet?

The play is available in paperback for less than $10. I'm sure you can find used copies for far less.

You're no more likely to find the complete play 'for free' on the Internet, than you are to find a transcribed copy of James Patterson's latest novel offered up for free.

Probably nowhere. It's copyrighted material and not available free. Your best bet is to try Amazon or a playscript house that may have a used copy for sale. Better yet, call your local librarian and ask if they have it in their collection or in a nearby library system. I played Wally Webb in that play in 1954 at my high school.

Try Project Gutenburg, they have a lot of books online for free.

Also try extensive google searching, and sometimes the Wikepedia page will have a link if the book or play is online for free.

You may have a hard time - its still copywritten.

In response to the poster who asked why you'd want to read a play - gee, because some of us like to read and use our minds? Go back to your television and Doritos.
