How do I create a link to another site using underlined words, instead of writing http:xxx.xxxx.xxx?

Like for instance, in forums I see "you can find it here (here being underlined)" Click on "here" and it takes you to a site.

What I do sometimes is go to the site, select the address in the address bar, and right-click to "copy."
Then I go "back" to my e-mail and paste the link.
