Hi, I live in West Virginia and I want to use Cingular but not sure if I can in my County, so if anyone out there is in or near Webster County WV please let me know if you use Cingular on your cell phone, they have a tower for it about 2 hours from me but not sure if it will reach and I know nothing about it or cell phones...

Cingular offers service in webster springs.... but it is partner coverage... i doubt they would allow you to activate new service... however, if someone with active cingular service just travelled through your area, then yes their phone would work.

but again i doubt they would allow you to sign up for new service with your your area

You need to check with Cingular before you make the final decision. Most towers only reach about 50 miles. Two hours would equal to about 100 miles more or less.
