No we're entirely too dependent on oil in this country. Oil companies would just sit back and laugh.

I wish! But I don't think that's possible. People with money couldn't care less how much they spend at the pump. The rest of us have to buy gas so we can get to work, shop, doctor, etc. My husband and I use a tank of gas per month (or less). I don't think there is much more that we could do. And we have a small car that gets good gas mileage.

i don't think we could ever get enough people to boycott it to make a difference. it would be nice, but too many people are dependant on them.
