I just want my plan white arrow back, I hate the one he has. Is there any way to do that? Pleaaaase I want to get my old one back.

At this writing, I am in Win98. Must be similar in WinXP.
Try clicking on Start
Settings,
Control Panel,
Mouse,
click on the Pointers tab
and select the pointer you want.
Is that what you meant by "cursor"?

try all the cursors at cursor mania, they have all kinds of arrows if that is all you want. but many choices to choose from thousands,download my websearch has screensavers, smiley central, cursor mania, and fun cards, send a friend a card by e-mail and pick them up after a bad day.

Do you see the thing that says DEFAULT CURSOR by the X? You know the X if you want to exit out. Just click there and VIOLA! I have it too so i know!

Those type of programs from websites like "smilies" or "free screensavers"usually contain spyware and can be difficult to find and remove. If it does not have a path to remove it from "my computer/ add or remove programs/ ...I would recommend using an anti-spy or adware removal program.

I would suggest going to Control Panel and then add remove programs and removing it. Or you can just go to appearances and themes then in the side bar it says mouse pointers and you can change it there.
