A customer is someone who purchases a service or product from a company. Customer Care would be like Customer Service,,,,that is who you would go to if you had problems or concerns with the service or product from the company you purchased from.

Customer: a person who is buying, in the process of buying, or has bought an item or merchandise from a store.
As a sales rep or a customer service rep, customer care should be the effort you put into making the customer happy. helping him/ her with problems or questions concerning items in the store; being helpful and answering questions the customer might have. I could go on, but I'm tired right now.
