call 911 and report what you heard.

If you are so nice why is your name, "bite me"?

Wait a minute...let me get this straight. You heard gunshots coming from the park and your first thought was,

"Oh no! Gunfire in a public park. Someone might be in danger, someone might be wounded, I better log on to Yahoo Answers and survey the planet as to what my best course of action should be?"

My heck! I hope you are never around if I get in trouble.

If you're that scared, do the 911 thing, turn off your lights and get to an interior room. Wait about an hour, hopefully you'll hear sirens, then you should be okay. Just keep calm and quiet.

You probably don't need to do anything except stay out of the park. If there are gunshots, I'm sure everyone in the vicinity (except you) has called 911.

You are going to be ok. But I would move to an area that is not near a park where they shoot guns to impress the ladies.

outside what everyone is telling you to call 911. besides staying away from windows, you must lay on the floor. bullets can go through glass and bounce all over your house. a wooden frame house it will go right through it.
