if y is the size of the colony and x is the original number of bacteria,
then y = x * 2^t (where t is the number is minutes)
when y = 4, t = 60
therefore, 4 = x * 2 ^ 60
therefore, x = 2 ^ -58
therefore, when y = 2,
2 = 2 ^ - 58 * 2 ^ t
2 ^ t = 2 ^ 59
therefore, t = 59
