If someone asks a question on this site, why is it no one takes it seriously?

Well, if someone says something like "Why does people?" one may think they are not too serious. Why DO people do that? Hmmmm. I have asked several and they have been answered fairly seriously. Depends what you are asking.
I guess if you ask "Why doesn't my boyfriend love me?" that is not serious. No one can answer that.

I look through them all and decide which to answer. I happen to take any question I answer seriously.
Most people on this site are bored juveniles and don't even take themselves seriously. It's quite disappointing. When you have the chance to actually help someone, you treat it like a joke.
I know. I'm sorry, for all of them. If you have a serious question, I hope I see it and can answer you.

Some people just want to give you a flip answer to get some points. There are a lot of us out here who take most of these questions seriously.

Some people do. It always depends on the question. If I see someone going "I hate _____" that just stirs me to respond on their level.
But if someone asks for help in a polite manner (and really IS asking for something) I do my best to answer.

i only not take it seriously if its a very stupid question. Some people take everthing as a joke. It annoys me.

Could it have something to do with the grammar? The correct question would be "Why do people?". What you submit has alot to do with how serious people take you. "Why does people?" suggests to me that you are either under graduating age or your mama never taught you to speak correctly.

Some of it has to do with the presentation of it.
Others have problems that are so beyond the pale, they should be on "Jerry Springer".
Some people are just jerks.

Perhaps because they dont know the answer and prefer to play around.... I guess!
Or maybe there are not too serious questions out there too... dont you think?
