Is this site appropriate for kids?

I have an 11 year old girl & a 13 year old boy. Is this site appropriate for either or both of them?

No, This site is supposed to be for parents of teens with questions. But I guess its been overrun with the teens themselves. There are a lot of questions about sex. (Which I guess could be good for your kids to read because sometimes there are questions that could benefit them.) But a lot of them are raunchy.

Yes and no. You might go through some questions and put them on your watch list and tell your kids that they can answer those. The education and homework and the pre teen/teen and a few others are pretty good and and they ask questions that I know your kids would be interested in.If they ask questions you may want to go over the answers with them so they will be able to figure out the truth and the good advice. Some answerers are totally rude and some want to shock. Others can be the perverts that you hear about.i guess my answer is yes but with conditions like your involvement and only after homework and chores!

no, not on the teen and preteen fourm, i am 16 and i very rarely come to this part because so many teens only think about *** and it makes me sick. i answer the real questions. but at those ages they want to read every thing. doont let them ome to this part of answers with out you, now if they want to go to the science part, or the parts where they can learn some things then let them do that.

of cousre, if you are going to block out yahoo, there's no point to internet. if you are worried, no internet in room, get software to put timer so no internet midnight-6 or something, and talk to them and buy porn blocker, like net nanny,

but honestly, even if you forbid them from watching this, it wont work unless you throw out computer
