That is going on with me, but thank God she is coming back next year. She is the best friend I ever had, you cant imagine how much I love her, she is like my sister.
Well, anyways, I miss her soo much, so Im usually chatting with her, calling on the phone and I will be sending a letter soon. But I try to take her off my head by knowing that she is doing fine, by keeping in touch and by doing more chores.
Good luck and stay at Yahoo! Answers to keep her off mind :)

Well,
First of all accept that they are not there anymore and now you will have to carry on on your own (I know that sounds rude but then it is accepting a fact).
Try to keep yourself busy. This helps a lot. Cleanup your room / house if you cant do nything else. If possible keep away things (like their gifts, photographs, video-recordings) that remind you of them for a while (at least till you get a grip on yourself).
Fill up those empty and vacant hours with something more relaxing and consuming like exercising at gym or going out for a walk (with a pet!)
I hope you try this out.
It takes time to outgrow the loss of a loved one...
My condolences.

For me it helps to find something or some place that reminds me of our relationship - not just them, but the way that we specifically interacted with each other. But in a way, just missing them and thinking about them is sometimes good enough. The part that sucks is that you can't do anything about it. That's why finding something (anything, really) to do "with" the memory helps.
It will never stop hurting but it will start hurting significantly less if you just give it time.

Be greatful every day that you had the opportunity to be close enough to them to have the wonderful memories. You'll still have pain. There is no way around that. Just be glad that you have been blessed with such wonderful friends.
Be good and do what you think is right in this world just in case you will see them in heaven after all.

Write them a letter that you will or not send to them. You may even burn it after your are done. Also, you may want to buy a special book and write for yourself all of your feelings, good or bad. Read them often. Talk a lot about this with your friends and family around you. It takes time but you will get better soon, I m sure of it. Good luck to you.

Find something to occupy your mind and time. Read books, hang out with your friends, make new friends. Time is a great healer. I was hurt once too and over time the pain subsides and you move on to bigger better things. You will become a stronger person because of it

You need to always keep the good times in mind, try not to focus on the negative. Think of the positive influence they've had on your life and be thankful for the times you had together.

Why fight it. they were your loved ones. I have lost love ones also, but I'd never want to stop thinking about them. I had great times with them. They will always be with me. Grieving takes some time some people alittle longer than others.
