Well I just had my period, and it was a week earlier which is 2 weeks after i was done :) .
But it changes, sometimes i get it one week later than 21 days.
And i think mine started earlier becuz i did exercise.. so things like exercise, work, doing something different and even the weather yes the weather effects the begining of our periods.
Hopefully nothing is wrong with it, and if it is ALWAYS starting a week early u may go and see a doctor.

how old are you? If you have just started having periods, than your body is just trying to adjust and get on a schedule. It may take a few cycles before you become regular. I am OLD (41) and have had three children. I started having periods that lasted two weeks and then started two wekks later. I finally had a procedure done called an "ablation" and now I spot for about two days.

Yes, it is possible. It's normal for teen girls periods to be irregular. Are you having bad cramps, or a really heavy flow? Anything that would be considered not normal for you? If so, then I would ask your mom to take you to the Dr. If not, then I would just wait and see what happens. If this period lasts a longer than your normal ones do, or if anything else changes then you should see a doctor just to be safe.

It depends. . . when did your period start? Recently? If so, then it probably is normal. Your period and time between periods won't regulate to a normal time frame (usually about 28 days) until a year or two after your period begins.

depending on how long you've been having a period your body hasn't adjusted yet. It's probably just being irregular but if it continues every month I'd see a doctor. You can take birth control to regulate your periods. Good Luck

its possible if you have a history of irregular periods. Did you just start a birth control? That also can change your flow. Id go see a doctor to be sure.

It is probably ok. I never had a reg. cycle even after birth to my kids. The only time I did have reg. ones was when I was on birth control. If your do not get on a cycle within a yr or so of your first one, see a dr. because I am sure there are new ways of dealing with this.

Yes.
Often in the first years of your period, they fluctuate.
They should become more routine though.
Don't stress

it is definitly possible if you are younger and your periods are still irregular. if you're older and your periods are usually consistant then something could be wrong but i highly doubt it. i wouldnt worry too much.
