If you have his Social Security # you might be able to track him down and find out if he is working and if he is you can take him to court and have his wages garnished. Also, please use proper grammer...especially around your child so they do not grow up saying things like "My baby daddy" It just makes people sound ignorant.

hey i am in same boat only my daughter is 10 yrs old and never met him and i tried making him but he would rather go have 4 more girls and get married and not claim her so she excepts my fiance as her dad and he excepts her sometimes they are better off
