well, this is going to sound dumb, but yes and no. let me explain. a gay person can commit their lives to God, turn around their lives can confess their sins, and begin to live their lives fully for Christ. the thing is, the Bible does not support homosexuality in any way, shape, or form. God created men and women to be with each other, not in intimate relations with others of the same sex. think about it. men and women fit together, that is the way their bodies and souls are made. they are not made to be with others of the same sex. and this brings up another question. are people born gay? no, they are not. if you are a Christian, you should know that God created us, and he would not create someone who is attracted to others of the same sex, it doesnt make sense since it states in the Bible that homosexuality is wrong. when it comes down to it, people turn gey based on something that happened in their lives. God does not want this to happen. when someone who is Gay becomes a full christian, they sould want to be heterosexual, because that is how God wants them to be. Once they understand that the way they are is the not the way that God intended them to be, they should want and pray with all their souls that God will fix their lives. and for the record, i really have nothing against gay people. i simply do not beleive that they were made to be like that and that God wants to help them, they just have to let go and let Him do all the work.

God bless =)

No. I mean there may be a few churches that might let him be active, but if he is a true christian, he will turn from that sin. God will show him that it is sin and then he will want to turn away from it. So I do change my answer to yes. They can become one but they have decide then if they will follow God or go on with their own life, or sin.

Yes.

Even though homosexuality is a sin it doesn't mean anything. Every Christian will sin once in a while and that's their sin.

Why do people treat it like it is worst than murder. When you go to heaven god weighs your goods and bads so if that's the only sin then they have a chance to.

Not that I'm implicating you, but why do Christians have to be mean to gay people and treat homosexuality like a disease. It's non of your business if they like the same sex. I'm christian and have no problems with gays. God teaches love not hate.

Yes, a gay person can be christian. That will make it harder for s/he to get out of the closet and live like s/he wants to, but yes.

Yes.

People will say no because homosexuality is a "sin", but honestly would a loving God turn anyone that wants to worship him away just because they're gay? Would He turn ANYONE away? No.

Gays can easily be active christians.

I think a gay person can be a christian as long as they are not participating in gay sexual activities.

My church has a christian gay and lesbian ministry. I think it's a great idea. There is only one true judge and it isn't any of us.
