I'm 5'4

is there anyway that I can get to atleast 5'6 by the time i'm done growing
im 19 now ...but I dont even shave yet .. so there is kinda hope that i might be a WAAAAY late blommer... what else can I do to grow a few inches??

i'm 5'3 and a year older. The best advice I can give you is; get muscles, you'll look taller.

you will need to see an md who specializes in hormonal therapy for this but sorry to say it is usually genetic are most of your family members short? it is no big deal as long as you are healthy dont worry about your size look at napoleon feel well and be happy

You might be having a late puberty thing or whatever, or maybe your parents gave you too much juice. That's what happen to my hubby and he's 5'2.

one way to grow is to sleep in a TOTALLY pitch dark room(absolutley no light at all), its a proven method, but i have no idea how or why it works
