Find a new job. I felt the same way. And guess what it caused me??? Migraine headache, gastritis, depression, and irritable bowel syndrome..Worth it heck no. I left the company that I worked in for 4 yrs to a more peaceful and nicer environment. Life is tooo precious and valuable and its not worth it especially if your not being appreciated. I now feel like a brand new person, I am the old me. Good luck and always remember HEALTH comes first and you come first!

Take a few days off and regroup. Getting away will help a lot plus it will force your employees to fill the gap lessening the stress on you.
