I always pick my family because family comes first.

You shouldn't have to choice between your own life and your family. There should be an equal balance you can live on your own and have your own life and still be close to your family. Talk to them about it it is the best way to work things out.

I would choose to live my life the way I see fit. If my family loves me, they will accept any decisions and choices I may make.

If you mean should you risk your life for your family, then I'd say do it. If you aren't going to love someone so much that'd you'd put your life in jeopardy for them, then is life really worth living?

you chose to live your life entirely your way--when they put you under the ground, it won't be your family jumping in that grave for you. Make sure its an honorable life, one you can take pride in.

LIFE...you are number one in this world, not anyone else. Do what you have to do, and if it something your family doesn't like, hopefully they will come around.

well, i would say that if your family cannot accept something in your life...shame on them...but, i would choose my family...they ARE my life
