Like it may sound a like a stupid question but i dont know where they sell em.....are they in department stores or sports stores.......im looking for the one with short sleves...not completly sleevless....and like a tee shirt but really short sleeves

JC Penny, Walmart, Kmart, etc.
Just look in the intimates section, they sell undershirts, bras, muscle tanks and tees

You might want to consider those stores that sell body suppliments.
Most sporting goods stores (like Sportmart) may not have it.
