Is my Sony Vaio completely dead?

I have a Sony Vaio (PCG-GRZ610) that worked just fine yesterday. Today when I goes to turn it on, nothing happens. The screen is black, I can hear the fan running, but nothing else. When I press the power button both battery indicator lights flash but that is all. I don't know if the system board is dead or what. As of now alls I get is a green "power on" indicator light, and flashing battery lights if whenever I press the power key. Again, I can hear the fan running but that's it. Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you had a heat issue. your best bet is take it to a PC repair shop or trash it and buy another
