Funny that you said that, I was on a Plane that was struck by lightning, causing the power to go out. People were visibly shaken and there was panic in the cabin, horrible turbulence. There was only blue lights on and I guy was having a heart attack farther back in the plane. I was seated beside a lady who was reading what I believe was the Bible. She turned to me and said, very calmly but surprise," I can't believe these people have not accepted their mortality". I'm not afraid to die, to me it would be the start of a new adventure, and hopefully, a new beginning.....

Death is coming is true and Jesus left here and let us die is true,but Jesus left us here to die is no true.the reason he left us here is another reason. u need study and learn more bible and post that kind of question again.so learn more bible!oh and I am not ready yet for death. This a bogus question because nobody is ever fully "ready" for death... death just comes through a fit or a sweet surrender... or somewhere in between: it depends on the individual.

It is natural to be afraid of death. That is what the self does best. Has nothing to do with religion or the lack of it. You fear death because that is what keeps you alive. That is the function of your self, the thing that fears.
