The Night Safari at the Singapore Zoo.

The Jurong Bird Park.

Raffles Hotel Afternoon British Tea (you have to book)

Sentosa Island for a day and evening

and with a tour group kind of down in the area where there are a lot of sales booths and outdoor restaurants in the evening.

If you have a free day, a trip to Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia is nice.

Don't be afraid to take cabs. They're cheap and let you use your time in Sinagpore more fully, as riding busses or the metro take longer, and you can get into language problems on the busses.

Oh, it's a lovely, clean, green city--enjoy it. But don't bring in any gum, it's against the law, and Singapore is very serious about it's laws. I am not joking.

Also, ask the concierge at your hotel for help about where to buy things you might like to buy, but don't get caught up spending your time shopping.
