Well, yes I can tell you, but it would be so much better for someone to shoe you. You have to put the tube in and it's unpleasant for the patient. Sometimes, they will gag and the tube will come out of the mouth and you have to start over; you tell them to swallow. After placement, you put in your saline in the bulb and tape it to the face, usually around the nose. You will now listen to the stomach and put air through the tube with a 10cc or larger syringe. Listening for air in the stomach; you should hear it. If you don't, you may have put the tube in the airways. Only way to truly know is and xray. You can suck back with a syringe and see if you get any stomach contents. That's generally going to tell you you're in the right place. Feeding is as it is prescribed either by digital machines or by bolus feedings. But some people can have these tubes and still eat. The tube is strictly for supplement. I hope this helps you a bit. Get some experienced nurse to show you exactly how it's done.

I could tell you how, but it's possible to seriously injure or potentially kill someone if not done right. There are indications and contraindications for it, and you need to know all that.
If you are a RN, you should already know this. If you are an LPN or a nurse's assistant, the best way to learn would be to have another nurse or a family member show you. It's OK not to know something, and it's OK to ask questions. However, if you messed the procedure up and cost a patient his or her life, you would lose your license or certification. And the defense "someone told me how to do it on the internet" would not stand up in court!
Don't mean to be harsh, I just wanted to make the dangers clear.
Hope this helps!
