Confront her about it but in a joking way. See how she reacts to you, trust me i've been there. Just shrug it off because it most likely won't work out. and if she's your best freind, she should be nice enough to at least tell you she's interested in your brother. How do you feel about it though??? Cause that was my problem, i didn't know if i was mad or annoyed or pissed off. But the best thing to do is just ask her straight up so you know for sure and then take it from there.

Well, my best advice would be to approach her and flat out ask her if she wants your brother and tell her you feel like she might be using you. If that's all she wants is to get closer to your brother through you then she's not being a very good friend. Ways to tell she might be using you would be like if she's coming around only when she knows he's gonna be there, constantly talking about him or asking questions about him, etc. If that's all she wants from you, then I would say it's time to move on and find a new friend. is that you fear that you wont be friends anymore if your friend gets together with your brother, or won't hang out together as much, and if they do get together and then brake up that you won't be friends anymore?Or is it that she is a new friend and you feel that she is using you to get to your brother?The only real way you will ever know the anwers ,is to talk to your friend about it.Good luck with it.

Ask her and if she is then maybe she really isn't a best friend because I know from experience it isn't fun being used.

well ask her if she is really useing you then if she is just tell her "you can still be my friend but if you like my bro then go for it as long as were friends forever" if she is just useing you then say your not a real friend you cant have my bro and that your a sucker and a biach.
