Bad idea! Only should do it if you know what you are doing.

Start -> Run -> type "regedit" and click OK.

CAREFUL!
The wrong thing done can destroy your PC.

Go:
Start | Run then type " regedit " (no quotes)

CAUTION!
You will not get a chance to undo or recover from any changes or deletions you make in the Registry.

Click the start button and choose "Run". Type in "regedit" without the quotes and you are in there. Be careful what you do because you can really hose up your computer if you change something wrong.

The first two answers are correct... YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL with it... it is actually quite tricky... you really have to know what you are doing or else your system may crash and there may not be a way to recover it...!!!!

If you had to ask, you probably should be playing around with it. ;-)
