If the hand brake still works and the brakes still work. Nothing.

You may have worn the Parking brake pads down a bit and put some heat in the rear rotors. The handbrake can be adjusted to take up any wear.

If the brakes are not working or do not feel normal have a mechanic check it.
Don't say I just ran 70 mile with my hand brake on. Your asking for a "You need a brake job answer."

No potential sale, so no BS to sell you a brake job you don't need.

You most likely caused some excess wear on the rear brakes, but did not do serious damage. If your handbrake still holds the car when you put it in gear, and the brakes feel OK, then you may have gotten lucky and not done much damage.

If the brake does not hold, have the brakes inspected and adjusted!!

If they werent smoking, the damge could be fairly minor, but in either way have the brakes checked to be safe.
