Yahoo is my home page and it blocks all pop-ups although my Pop Up Blocker is off. How do I fix this?

I can't watch any Pop-up videos or slideshows when clicking from Yahoo page.

U need to do three things
First, Tools> pop up blocker> turn off pop up blocker.
Second, Tools > internet options > privacy > uncheck the box of block pop ups> drag the slide bar to medium> apply > ok.
Third, if u r using yahoo toolbar, Pencil> toolbar options> uncheck the box of pop up blocker> ok.
It will solve ur problem.

there several reasons
1- same as previous answer maybe your IE is blocking pop-ups
2- maybe you have some toolbars such as yahoo, google and etc. they usually have pop-up blocker too
