I think I'll share your plate. The flounder, trout, and salmon sound delicious. I do not like shrimp though. I'd replace that with some stuffed clams. Hushpuppies, cole slaw and iced tea would also be perfect.
Now you've made me hungry. When and where are we meeting?

Ice tea on your plate will be messy, but here is what I would have on my plate.
Assorted sushi including sea urchin, sea bass, tuna, octopus, salmon, saltwater eel.
Then I might have to try some of your salt and pepper trout, sound yum.

Whoa, that's a lot of food.
Gimme some grilled red snapper, garlic mashed potatoes and cole slaw. OOoooooh. And key lime pie for dessert, which I shall plan to eat FIRST.

I could go for a Low Country Boil.
Boiled shrimp, small potatoes, corn on the cob, and Polish sausange.
Of course...with iced tea.

mine will incliude fried Speckled trout... fresh fried shrimps...oysters... clams... a stuffed crab.. a baked potatoe with fixings(butter, sour cream and bacon bits ) ... hushpuppies and a toss salad (Thousand island dressing)...shrimp auce ..ketchup..and tabasco sauce..tartar sauce and a large glass of Iced Tea
eat this at Barketts in Seadrift Texas higway 185 going to wards the bay..

Oysters on the half shell with a lot of lime juice, salt and valentina's salsa then some bbq garlic shrimp with butter. mmmmm, now I'm hungry.
Oh, and a Pepsi.
Or a Corona with Clamato and lime juice!! (If you are hung over)

Blackened fondeaux (melted cheese blended with blackened oysters, shrimp and mushrooms served with garlic bread, followed by grilled mahi mahi smothered in a brown butter sauce and sauteed crawfish, shrimp and mushrooms, and a side of dirty rice.

I'm spending the summer in Maine and can't get enough of the broiled scallops and lobster roll. The fried clams are tasty too and New England clam chowder.
