take tumbling classes, practice your splits, and lift weights so your arms will be strong if you have to be a spotter.

I do believe cheerleading is a interest. i have performed cheerleading for years and positioned it to be more effective bodily annoying than the different interest I extremely have ever participated in! i recognize cheerleading! it includes dancing and gymnastics to remarkable events in themselves!

push ups are a must, also running, make sure you do plenty of strenght training as well as flexibility exercises so you don't pull any muscles

leg stretching, wide open mouth, and working on your screaming can't hurt, too much. Ya know, lol
