ONE (1) Your parents height seems to indicate that you have done all the growing you will do. You should be happy with your height. It is taller than ave. Most men lie about their height by saying they are an inch taller than they really are.
Ave height for a man is 5"9".
Ave height for a woman is slightly under 5'4"

well, it used to be said that women stop growing by 18 and men grow until 22- but I think they have realized that not everyone is the same and some grow beyond those ages.
Chances are, you still may grow some more, but who knows how much.
I actually grew over an inch between 27 and 30- but since 30 I have been shrinking!
I was 5'9" when I was 30, and now at 37 I am slightly under 5'8"- so I have LOST an inch of height sometime over the past 7 yrs!
Good luck hitting that 6' mark- but if you dont you are still a tall fella!

You might be able to sprout a few inches in the next couple years, but you'll want to eat an insanely healthy diet heavy in calcium to support that much bone growth. Lay off the junk food and take all the recommended vitamins. You might get to a little over 6'.

I say a 2.....You are at the age where you probably wont grow anymore...I have the same issue... Being tall is not an advantage...I think short people live longer actually... And when you are short everything seems to be fun..
