It's been a while since I've played Jak II; but I'm pretty sure that Naughty Dog doesn't allow cheat codes. When I got stuck, I'd go to the ign.com message boards and usually find my answer there, or in the walk-through guides they also have. I know you say don't put a site, but that's really all you can do. ign has always gotten me through the various games my family and I have played.
I haven't played Jak III in a while because I got stuck in this one part where you have to do so much shooting and I'm not so good with my aim on the left joystick (PS2), and my trigger finger would actually get crams, so I had to give up. I searched for a cheat or a clever way to bypass it; that but it's one of those end of stage battles, so I have nothing else to do.

No, the only way they might be possible would be if you have a gameshark or a similar device. All the game variations are done with precurser orbs.
