first time u use the bath room in the morning cause ur urin would hold high pregnancy hormon so u get an acurate result.

If you've missed your period than it's definetly time to take a test. Doctors recommend you to test yourself first thing in the morning because your body has had all night to build up the HCG pregnancy hormone that will give an accurate reading.
If you wait until later in the day after urinating a few times than your body won't have as much of the hormone to give a positive reading. I took mine early in the morning and within 3 seconds it showed a positive result. I hope my answer helps you.
