No way! It is MUCH better to impress them with your great personality and the respect you show for others. If that doesn't impress them, they are not for you.
I can't see spending $1,000 on an outfit for any occassion unless you travel in rich circles (i.e. Hollywood celebrity at the Academy Awards ceremony).
Think of how many dates you can have with your crush for that $1,000.

Hell no, screw the guy. If he needs some fancy suit to be impressed then he's not worth my time. I never spend more than 20 dollars on anything I'm gonna wear.

no. it's so not worth it. if your crush doesn't like you even after you wear it then what are you gonna do with it? maybe you could return it or something but a crush isn't worth that much trouble. plus it would look like you're trying too hard and that's never attractive. wear a tanktop and jeans or something like that. it's casual and stylish and that's the best.
