Yes and no. They work only because you want them to work. They are so vague that they can mean anything. Because they are so vague you apply it to your life because you want it to be true and then when a situation happens that is like what the horoscope says, you believe it and made it true. But otherwise no they don't work. Only God can lead you on the right path. Unless of course you don't believe in God. I personally believe in Jesus Christ as my savior and I do not read horoscopes because I have God in my life. You will have to make your own decision on that one.

I need to know what you mean by "work." Your chart is a roadmap, nothing else. What you choose to do with it is up to you. You're a libra? On any given day there are a bazillion Libras born. What day? Where? What time? Then ask me what you want to know. Have you recently met someone with blue eyes? , with medical, alcohol or drug problems? (not all of them them of course, just maybe one of the above. Could be something as simple as he/she wears glasses/contacts, or walks with a cane or even wears a wig, or is adopted - there's a million possibilities. Is he married, divorced? Playing on your sympathies because of all the child support to pay? Got a kid in trouble?, or maybe a problem with his dad?
And to answer the person above, that's why we have different house systems, to allow for that.. And to the person below, remember that God created the heavens, and to everything there is a season. And your natal chart/progressed, lunations, eclipses, solar/lunar returns, new/full moons help you to understand what season you're in. Once again, I quote Einstein who said, "I have studied astrology, you have not!" And all this "textbook astrology" gives me a headache! And to answer the other guy above, you can no longer obtain somebody's time of birth. Used to be you could call the clerk's office and get it for anybody, it was public info. (Way before the patriot act) No more, because you can tell too much about a person. Check out People of the State of New York v Evangeline Adams. And now, I'm really confused. I don't remember you saying you had a Libra ascendant, only that you are Libra. What's with all the Libra ascendent stuff? Has nothing to do with it, unless you were born between 4 and 6 am, then it would have some bearing. Otherwise,it's just garbage.
And as far as Hitler- yes, he did use astrologers. Those that could not escape, and refused to help him, were sent to the gas chambers. Those that did manage to escape (and I personally know one) worked for the USA, and that's one of the reasons we managed to outwit him and stay one step ahead of him and win the war. You really need to research before you open your mouth, oh ignorant one.. Ever hear of Nostradamus? Ptolemy? Edgar Cayce? Albert Einstein? Benjamin Franklin? Abe Lincoln? How about JD Rockefeller who said , "Astrology is not for millionaires, it's for billionaires!" Hey, what about the three wise men? The list goes on and on............

No! And they are usually so vague, what they say could apply to anybody. And if you DO find one, 99.99% of the time they are wrong, and for that .01%, it's pure luck.
Think about it, how could some stranger who is getting paid by their employer to write a "horoscope" know anything about you?
And why would something in particular happen to you because you were born during a certain month?
They're bogus.

Astrology works based upon your date, place and exact time of birth. Sun sign horoscopes do not. They are inaccurate.

I'm a virgo, and I haven't seen it work for me If I depended on what the astrologist says that my sign did 10 years ago, I'll be rich..

well I know that like the personallities are usaully right but as for like the daily horoscope no so much but they can be often.
