I think they are two consenting adults capable of deciding what they want to do with their lives. Its not like keeping them from having a legal union keeps them apart anyway so why shouldn't they be just as unhappy as all the other married people? Why shouldn't they be entitled to the same legal rights as anyone else is when they invest so much of their lives in someone else? I don't think it should be any big deal and quite honestly have no idea what all the fuss is about. Its not like if you make it legal a gay man can force a straight man to marry him! I fail to understand why people are so concerned about it at all.
And for all the religious people that will have a fit about it, they aren't called 'marraiges' they are called civil unions. If you are going to have a fit about that then you also have to refuse to acknowledge any marriage that doesn't take place in a church. A marriage is simply a legal contract.

I'm not gay but I see nothing wrong with it. People could argue that it is unnatural, that it is not witnessed in nature. They COULD argue that but clearly that have not read any scientific journals. It is becoming more and more evident that homosexuality is a preconditioned effect from birth, not a perverse choice made. Homosexuals can no more help being gay than heterosexuals can help being straight. Homosexuality has been observed in countless numbers of species, none of whom, I believe, would choose their sexual preference. Why would an animal decide to be "immoral" when they know nothing of morality? Simply stated, it's not wrong, abnormal or a sin. It's a natural, those less common, state of existence.

Gay marriage is so awful. I can't believe that it's becoming legalized in some states. Omg. What has this world come to? All I have to say is...marriage is really a promise made with GOD. No one who believes in God is gonna accept gay marriages. If you wanna be gay, I'd say be gay, just don't get married.

I think its cool. If thats what they like to do, then do it. Because after all its their happiness and no one should be pointing fingers and even freaking out if they kids or spouse turn out gay. Just who they are, and love them for being who they are.
