Go to a doctor or chirpractor. I was having trouble w/ my back and it was causing me not to be able to take a deep breath. I went to a chiro. and am doing fine now. But it could be something like allergies as well. So get it checked out.

Well have you went to the doctor? If not you need to make an appointment. If you do have asthma, the Doctor will prescribe you an inhaler to use. I have asthma, and it is not anything to play around with.

This man does free online naturopathic consultations. He is properly qualified and the program I got was great. I think he may be able to help you out. You even get links to stores etc to obtain what you need. Very cool service.

Find a good homeopathic doctor in your area. One of my kids has severe asthma, and homeopathics work as well or better than his inhaler.
