Just go to Yahoo! and sign-up. It's only $2.95/yr. and you get a domain name with 1 page. There are a few templates you get to choose from. I don't have the web address to Yahoo!'s site, but you can do a search for it on the net. If time permits I'll get the address and send it to you. Not only can you buy a domain name without hosting for about $6.95 a year, but they also give you free domain forwarding. In other words, you can set the domain name you register with them to automatically link to any web address that you want. I have bought several dotcoms that I use to point to different pages on my site.

I use Yahoo Domains. There are a bunch you can park with, though.
