I'm sure you could, provided she isn't lying or exaggerating.
Maybe it would be better if someone else gave a written description of her.

How do you know she's not a dude?
You never know until you see the person. Especially since your view of beautiful may be different from her own view. If you're looking for exterior happiness - better see it first hand.

Assuming she isn't lying.. I'd say you can get an idea of how she looks... although she'll probably want you to think she's good looking, so... better ask her for a picture :-P
