Yes, Great Britain--more specifically England--produces Land Rover. But Land Rover is owned by Ford, so its production headquarters is actually in the United States.
Neither VW or BMW have any stake in Land Rover. Ford simply has a production contract with BMW for use of their engines.

Ford might be an American corporaration but Range Rover is a British "car" even if a German corporation owns Rover now.
