Assuming you have it, have you checked the templates in Microsofts "Word" program?
If you DON'T have the program, do a search for it on the internet by typing something like...free printable summer camp certificates.

Do you have microsoft word? There's a Certificate of Completion under the templates, all you have to do is buy nice paper.

Or go to windowsmarketplace.com. They have tons of free stuff for the taking.

if you have windows than use windows publisher. pick "award cerificates" from the list that says by publication type
