Why are you worried about hurting his feelings if you hate him? Why do you feel the need to tell someone you hate them? Sounds like you WANT to hurt his feelings.

depends how old he is. Pretty much how about "their is someone else I have my eye on". Don't forget sorry lol. Oh how about I'm sort of seeing someone and it's in the begining stage so I don't really want to talk about it a jinx it just yet. He will be a little hurt but at a oung age they don't really bouce back from I'm not that into you very well lol.

To be honest with you, it isn't possible. A girl tried to be nice to me and tell me that. It didn't work. And if you really hate this person you wouldn't normally care about their feelings.

there's absolutely no way you can say "i hate you" to a guy and at the same time worry about how he would feel. HATE is disliking someone or something INTENSELY. maybe you don't really hate him, maybe you just DISLIKE something about the person. think about it.
but if you really do hate him, own it.

here is what you do, i am going to pretend he name is gaylord for this answer, go up to him and say, gaylord, look bro, i hate you, well i mean i dont hate hate you, but i do hate you, but its the kind of hate like when you dont like someone, its not the kind of hate as when you really hate someone. i dont want to hurt your feelings, but i hate you, i really dont like you.

i dont know i have been wondering how do you tell some one that you HATE!!!! him and not hurt there feelings........hun it impossible to do except you can sleep with him after you tell him then he'll forget all about his hurt feeling after he gets some...

here are my suggestions. "Joe, I just don't think it's going to work out for us"
"Joe, I'm moving to (faraway land)"
"Joe, I like you but I don't see myself loving you"
"Joe, maybe we should just be friends" (I actually hate that one, cuz it's really a lie :-)
"Joe, meet my sister"
For me girls would just stop returning my calls. Another girl wore a fake wedding ring. I always felt that they could have just told me they weren't interested, but maybe I wouldn't have listed; but, I think I would have.
"Joe, I like you but I'm simply not interested (in a relationship)"

If someone has done something so bad to you that you HATE them (and that's a strong emotion), you should avoid them or if you have to tell them, tell them honestly, bluntly and simply. Afterall, they must have done something pretty bad to you, so put them in their place if you have to.

And knowing that, do you still *really* need to let tell him that? If you don't want to be around him, then just don't be around him. No need to deliberately trash him. No need to be nasty about it. It's a chance for you to show some class....
