the man can't speak his own country language, and to make matter worst he spent very the little time in his country. The man is 90% french and 10% Congolese
His father was a dictator when the father die. he went back to condo to take power over for his father.
The man is a puppet representative of the west, so he doesn't real have the interests of the Congolese people
