I found Math and Philosophy to be easy -- but most people don't.

You shouldn't be asking "What is easy?" -- but rather "What interests me?"

yeah it really depends what is easy for you...you might be great at math, so obviously math or engineering would be easy for you, or if you're good with writing, then English would be easy for you. If you like helping people, health and science, then nursing would be easy (well, relatively). It really is different for everyone.
