my grandma is tall she is 5'8, one of my aunts is 5'7, my other aunt on my grandma's side is 5'6....but my mom is only 5'4...i also have other family members that are my grandma's hight and taller....
**i'm 5'2 right now and i'm 16...do you think i will get taller or do you think i'm done growing??

I am right in between my grandmothers heights. Most women take after their grandmothers.
OH
I grew 2 inches at 19. Each person is different tho.
Gee I must be a SHORT person.....I'm only 5'3 and been done growing for years....lol

An old wives tale says take your height at age 21/2 and double it and that is how tall you will be. You could be any height. You could be done growing or grow to be 6 foot. Unless you know your dads height you probably wouldn't be able to figure it out and even then you would only be able to venture a guess. Females can get taller until usually 23.

You do not normally, stop growing taller until you reach the age of 24 or 25. So at age 16 you could still gain an inch or more.

Ummm...it depends ..do u grow alot over liek the summer if u do or did u are most likely to stop growing but if u grow a little every year u might have a chance of being tall;)

I'm 5'10" and I grew until I was 19... maybe I'm just an anomaly. My mom was 5'7" (she's shrinking with old age), my dad is 6 ft, and both my brothers (both older) are 6 ft.
My older sister is 5'3" and stopped growing in 6th grade. Heh. She's 35 and still gets carded.

i think ur not gonna get taller anymore..ur 16 and so am i..when i was 15 i was 5'5 tall and now im 16 im still 5'5 in height..

There's a saying that a son will be the same height as his mother's brother, and a daughter that of her mother's sister... it is usually accurate, so i expect you to be around 5'7 by the time you finish maturing physically.

Since you are sixteen, you are about as tall as you are going to be. Don't despair, it is AOK to be short. Been that way all my life.

It's not definite, genetics don't necessarily mean you HAVE to be a certain height.
