I'll be spending 50+ hours outside in the heat for camp, and I was wondering if anyone knows of important nutrients for staying hydrated.

And wear a hat and keep in the shade as much as possible.

WATER, tons of water, also a B complex vitamin wouldn't hurt, it's the main nutrient lost in dehydration, along with low blood sugar, and just plain lack of fluid. Propel has some b vitamins plus electrolytes, but taking a b complex wouldn't hurt.

full throttle sucks
gatorade is good

more of electrolytes to restore them and quench thirst like Gatorade...
