nitrogen
calcium

For the Record - Water is not an element! Neither is food, or a heartbeat, sex is definatly not an element.

Pretty much all of them, if any are missing even the trace elements we do not do very well. Even helium in the sense that the sun runs on it. We could not live with out carbon, or hydrogen, or lithium or ........

no one element would keep man or woman alive... we need a lot of them ..

even oxygen in pure form will kill you. you need oxygen in a dilute form... with Nitrogen and other trace elements... ~21% O ~79% N
