Are you joking? Or do you seriously have voices in your head? I suppose if I did have voices in my head, they'd tell me to see a therapist. Maybe yours should say the same thing.

My 'committee' talks any time there's something on my mind...sometimes I have to drown them out with music, but that doesn't always work...

listen to the voices. they're trying to get your attention. ignoring them will make them talk louder.
