My Husband works out in the hot Florida sun all day--everyday!!. He usually is drenched in sweat two hours into his day, and nothing is worse than having on soaking wet blue jeans to cause chaffing!!!
I try to get him to take a change of pants, underwear so he can do a swap-out on his lunch break,--but he's not keen on this. He does tho, keep body powder in his glove box,--(the little pocket sized kind)--and this seems to give him relief thru the day. Once at home he puts something soothing on it like Vaseline, or an anti-biotic cream. Good Luck!!

I am not a guy, but I might be able to help.
My boyfriend and I had this problem. If you shave your vulva, stop!
Stubble kills. Even if you shave right before you have sex, the stretching of the skin exposes the hair underneath.

Gold Bond Medicated body powder will absorb the sweat and prevent him from sweating "as much".
If you really wanna be mean, give him the blue bottle challenge. lol

KEEP THE AREA DRY, USE GOLD BOND POWDER ALL DAY, JUST KEEP APPLYING IT, MY HUSBAND SWEARS BY IT. SOMETIMES IT GETS SO BAD THOUGH THAT HE HAS TO TAKE TETRACYCLINE BECAUSE IT GETS INFECTED FROM CONSTANT SWEAT AND RUBBING. HE COULD EVEN TRY HYDROCHORTISONE(sp?) AT NIGHT MAYBE.
