It all depends on your body, how long you've been working out, how long you work out each time, and what you're eating.

Hopefully you are combining exercise with other things like diet and proper rest.

You should see noticeable results in a month or so, though they might not be as much as you would like. You would develop firmness and harder muscles which will look better than fat would. You will feel the change before you can see it.

Be careful not to overdo it, and do discuss this with your doctor if you haven't already done so.

Results vary from person to person, depending you your general body shape and size. If you are a young person they'll probably come pretty soon and you'll be happy with what you see.

Hun, it depends on what else you're doing along with it.......i used to find that all i had to do to get in shape, was to cut out ALL the junk food and cokes. Sodas tend to cause bloating, so you'd obviously see no results. Tea is the best for bloating. It was amazing how i'd lose an inch or so off my waist, just within 2-3 weeks of doing this. But to answer your question.........everyone's body is different. It depends on how long you stick with the regimen, and the other things you're adding with it, to help the process. I'd say within a month. Good luck!

If you're just going for a firmer, toner look, you should see it within a week if you do it enough. If you are trying to lose some fat, well, you have to reduce your caloric intake along with the exercise. Then, depending on how much you want to lose an how well you stick with everything, it should take you 2 lbs a week until you're there.

It's hard to say because I don't know what you're doing and how often. If you're working your legs, do them every other day, as they need a rest if you're using any kind of resistance. If you're working them pretty good you should see results, and feel it in several weeks.
Be sure to watch your diet too, watch these things and cut your portions in half: cheeses, sodas, fried foods, fast foods, sugary treats. Cut WAY BACK on these things and you'll see things happen faster.

Seriously the less you have to lose the longer it will take to do so. Give it about 6 weeks before you expect to see much difference. Best wishes

Generally about 4-6 weeks. You can feel the difference earlier though.
