Is fair? Why some of the "race " easy to get metriculasi but others not ? is that problem make them would like to go for oversea rather than stay here! is the responbility due to goverment? the education of the Malaysia is "educated" the teenagers too??

Let me ask you is the world fair? Is not fair I'm not born to a wealthy family, is not fair because I cannot have her as my wife, etc... etc... etc... How many times you had heard all this from your surrounding? Why are you complaining when you can do something about it earlier such as study accordingly and obtain the necessary grades and do the things you need to do? i know of many students who obtained many "A"s in public examination (e.g. SPM) but failed terribily in scholarship interviews, passive in extra-curricular activities, and/or can't even speak proper English. Anyway, learn how to accept/ deal with certain things in life by taking up preventive actions there much earlier and stop all this unnecessary discussion whether this is fair or that is not fair in life.

fair??? never! why? Because of race!
Convert to muslim and you will be treated as a real citizen.
